Development Applications on Public Exhibition
Major Development Applications 

Public exibition has now closed for - DA2020/0005 - Intensive Livestock Agriculture (2,200 sow pig farm consisting of a breeder site with 5 sheds and a grower site with 16 sheds and associated ancillary infrastucture, farm building, office, tree removal and electricity generating works.
 

Submissions regarding a proposed development must reach Council by the advertised date of expiry. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and its possible impact on surrounding property or the locality.

Any person making a submission in relation to a development application must also make a declaration, if they have made a reportable political donation (exceeding $1000) to a Hilltops Councillor or made a gift to a Hilltops Councillor or employee, within the preceding 2 year period. A Disclosure Statement Form must be submitted with the submission.

Local Development Applications 

Public exibition has now closed for - DA2020/0053 - Harden - Demolition of squash courts and clubhouse and erection of new clubhouse and associated green area, access and parking areas.

Submissions regarding a proposed development must reach Council by the advertised date of expiry. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and its possible impact on surrounding property or the locality.
