Council has received the above Development Application. The proposal is Designated Development under Section 4.10 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. Hilltops Council is the consent authority for this application.
In accordance with Council’s Community Participation Plan and the public notice below, the Development Application and accompanying documents, including the Environmental Impact Statement, are publicly available on the NSW Planning Portal. Submissions close Thursday 24th of October 2024.
