Hilltops Mayor Brian Ingram is pleased to see Council participating in Youth Week and encourages our Youth to attend ‘The Hilltops Youth Week event is an opportunity for our youth to have some fun in a safe environment while meeting new people and strengthening their relationships within the community. This event promises to be a great day out.’
Youth Week is an opportunity for young people to express their ideas and views, act on issues that affect their lives, and create and enjoy activities and events. In 2018, about 4000 young people from across NSW were involved in the planning and organising activities and events for Youth Week such as forums, debates, photography exhibitions, fitness activities, writing competitions, dance events and concerts. More than 100 000 young people participated in over 900 local activities and events.
