Media Release – 10 July 2023 – Hilltops Council Online Customer Request Management System is now Live

Hilltops Council is pleased to announce that our Online Customer Request Management (CRM) system is now live on our website. The implementation of the online CRM system is set to improve the customer service experience. By selecting the ‘Lodge a Request’ button, residents are now able to report issues and raise requests online at any time from any device. Customers can also track their request/s and receive updates as they progress. The most common request categories have been grouped together under simple headings for customer ease.
