Temporary Closure of Electric Vehicle Charging Station – 88 Lovell Street, Young
Council wishes to advise that the electric vehicle (EV) charging station located at 88 Lovell Street, Young (behind the Council office), will be temporarily closed to allow scheduled line marking works to take place.
The parking bay and charging station will be unavailable from Monday 9 June to Wednesday 18 June 2025. During this period, the station will not be accessible to the public.
These works form part of Council’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving public infrastructure. We thank the community for their patience and cooperation during this time.
Alternative EV charging stations are available nearby at:
• Young Services Club, 42 Cloete Street
• Young Federation Motor Inn, 109–119 Main Street
We encourage EV users to plan ahead and make use of these alternative locations during the closure.
