Author to Visit Hilltops Region Libraries for NSW Seniors Festival 2025
In celebration of the NSW Seniors Festival 2025, health sociologist, freelance writer, and author Dr. Anne Ring will be hosting author talks at each library branch in the Hilltops region this March.
Dr. Ring’s book ‘Engaging with Ageing – What Matters as We Grow Older’ is informative and filled with practical information and tips based on extensive research, as well as fascinating stories of older people who have all engaged with aspects of ageing in their own way. Dr. Ring’s book is useful for those people who are growing older, and for those who care for ageing people, whether as family or as professional care givers.
Each session is free and commences at 10.30am with a 45-minute talk and a 15-minute Q&A. Following the talk attendees can enjoy a catered morning tea. See session details below:

The NSW Seniors Festival runs from Monday 3 to Sunday 16 March 2025 and celebrates the contributions of older adults with a range of events and activities including workshops, talks, social gatherings, health and wellbeing sessions, and more.
This program is part of the 2025 Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art and Cultural Trail.
