Hilltops Council Easter Waste Services
The below changes to waste operations will be in place over the Easter Long Weekend 2023.
Good Friday – 7 April 2023
The following operations will go ahead as usually scheduled:
- Young Kerbside Waste Collection
- Young Kerbside Recycling Collection
- Boorowa Kerbside Waste Collection
The following operation will be rescheduled:
- Harden Green Waste Collection. Will now be collected the day prior, Thursday 6 April 2023.
The following sites will be closed:
- Victoria Street Waste Management Facility
- Redhill Waste Facility
- Boorowa Waste Transfer Station
- Murrumburrah Waste Transfer Station
- Jugiong Waste Transfer Station
- Galong Waste Transfer Station
- Reids Flat Waste Facility
- Koorawatha Waste Facility
Easter Saturday – 8 April 2023
The following operations will go ahead as usually scheduled:
- Victoria Street Waste Management Facility (8.30am to 2.30pm)
- Boorowa Waste Transfer Station (8.00am to 4.00pm)
The following sites will be closed:
- Redhill Waste Facility
- Murrumburrah Waste Transfer Station
- Jugiong Waste Transfer Station
- Galong Waste Transfer Station
- Reids Flat Waste Facility
- Koorawatha Waste Facility
Easter Sunday – 9 April 2023
The following operations will go ahead as usually scheduled:
- Victoria Street Waste Management Facility (8.30am to 2.30pm)
- Boorowa Waste Transfer Station (8.00am to 4.00pm)
The following sites will be closed:
- Redhill Waste Facility
- Murrumburrah Waste Transfer Station
- Jugiong Waste Transfer Station
- Galong Waste Transfer Station
- Reids Flat Waste Facility
- Koorawatha Waste Facility
Easter Monday – 10 April 2023
The following operations will go ahead as usually scheduled:
- Young Kerbside Waste Collection
- Young Kerbside Recycling Collection
- Young Green Waste Collection
- Victoria Street Waste Management Facility (8.30am to 2.30pm)
The following operation will be rescheduled:
- Galong Kerbside Waste Collection. Will now be collected Tuesday 11 April 2023.
The following sites will be closed:
- Redhill Waste Facility
- Boorowa Waste Transfer Station
- Murrumburrah Waste Transfer Station
- Reids Flat Waste Facility
- Koorawatha Waste Facility
- Jugiong Waste Transfer Station
