Hilltops Council wishes to advise residents and motorists that there will be no parking on Zouch Street, Young, directly in front of the Young District Medical Centre, from Thursday 19 February until Friday 20 February 2026.
This temporary parking restriction is required to allow for concrete layback construction works to create a new mobility parking space, improving accessibility and safety for all users.
During this time, traffic control measures and signage will be in place.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused by the late notification due to contractor availability and thanks the community for their patience and cooperation while these important accessibility improvements are carried out.
