Hilltops Council advises that works will commence at the Boorowa War Memorial, located at the corner of Marsden and Brial Streets, from Tuesday 6 October 2026.
The works are expected to take approximately two weeks to complete and will include the removal of the existing kerb and minor associated road works around the site.
During this time, minor traffic disruptions will occur in sections surrounding the work area while construction activities are underway. Traffic management measures will be in place as required to assist motorists travelling through the area.
Motorists are reminded to follow all traffic signs and directions and to exercise caution when travelling through the changed road conditions.
Council thanks residents and road users for their patience and cooperation while these works are completed.
