Hilltops Council was successful in its application and with its collaboration partner, the Southern Region Business Enterprise Centre (SRBEC), has come up with a carefully crafted workshop program aimed at delivering great value to the local business community. The Hilltops program will focus on four of the Government’s six themes giving the broadest possible support to business from the investment by State Government, Council and SRBEC.The Hilltops workshops will concentrate on the following themes:
- Research, Plan, Do
- Futureproof Your Business
- Building Your Brand on Social
- Working with Digi-tech
The workshops are all free and have been scheduled at various dates and times across the month for the convenience of our hard working business community.

NSW Small Business Month October is now in its fourth year and as a dedicated Festival for small business in NSW, it provides literally hundreds of free and low-cost activities to support business right across the state.
In addition to Small Business Month, the State Government supports business through their many other grants, programs and initiatives and the Business Connect program, where businesses can receive free business advice from specialist advisors across the state.
