Council will often have Development Applications on public exhibition. The applications currently on public exhibition are only available to view via the NSW Planning Portal DA Exhibition website:

Submissions regarding a proposed development must reach Council by the advertised date of expiry. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and its possible impact on surrounding property or the locality.
Any person making a submission in relation to a development application must also make a declaration, if they have made a reportable political donation (exceeding $1000) to a Hilltops Councillor or made a gift to a Hilltops Councillor or employee, within the preceding 2 year period. A Disclosure Statement Form must be submitted with the submission.

Please note that information collected by Council in relation to Development Applications including public submissions on Development Applications, is open access information that can be obtained by members of the public under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. Most of the information collected by Council can be accessed via this Act and in accordance with Council’s Privacy Management Plan.
