Council has received the following Development Applications. Hilltops Council is the consent authority for these applications.
- DA2025/0202: Subdivision (26 lots), new road, tree removal and demolition of existing structures (submissions close prior to close of business 15 January 2026)
- DA2025/0217: Subdivision (243 Lots comprising 233 residential lots and 7 Industrial lots), drainage reserves, open space reserve, new roads, demolition, tree removal, earthworks and associated infrastructure works (submissions close prior to close of business 16 January 2026)
In accordance with Council’s Community Participation Plan, Development Applications and accompanying documents are available for public inspection on the NSW Planning Portal.
