HERITAGE ACT 1977 – S60 Application

Notice is hereby given, under Section 61 of the Heritage Act 1977 that the Heritage Council of NSW has received an application (HMS ID 6344) for development at Main Southern railway, MURRUMBURRAH NSW 2587, which is within the curtilage of the State Heritage Register item Demondrille Junction railway ruins and signal box (SHR no. 01128) made under the Heritage Act 1977.

The Heritage Council of NSW invites written submissions regarding the proposal. Note that if a submission is made by way of objection, the reasons for objection must be specified in the submission. Unless you state otherwise, contents of your submission may also be provided to the applicant or other interested parties in some circumstances.

• Electronic copies of all plans, specifications or similar documents lodged in connection with the proposal are on the Heritage NSW website

Hilltops Council also has copies of the documents available for inspection at 3 East Street, Harden NSW 2587.
