Hilltops Council provides water and sewer services to the communities of both Harden and Boorowa.
As part of Council’s Integrated Water Cycle Management (IWCM) Strategy and the long-term financial plan, Council proposes to deliver major water and sewer upgrades and maintenance for the Harden and Boorowa communities.
Hilltops Council invites the community to engage in community consultation workshop sessions and provide your feedback on proposed changes to improve the financial sustainability of services over the next 20 years, across Harden and Boorowa.
The aim is to increase community understanding of the financial costs, impacts and risks inherent in management of both water and sewer for Boorowa and sewer management for Harden.
The times and locations for the community consultation workshop sessions (approximately one-hour sessions) are as follows:
Thursday 27 November 2025
• 6 to 7pm Boorowa Ex-Services Club, 55-59 Pudman Street, Boorowa
Monday 1 December 2025
• 6 to 7pm Harden Country Club, East Street, Harden
