Hilltops Council, at its meeting held on Wednesday 25 June 2025, adopted the Hilltops Development Control Plan 2025, which will repeal and replace the Boorowa Development Control Plan 2013 and Young Development Control Plan 2011.
The Hilltops Development Control Plan 2025 applies across the whole of the Hilltops Local Government Area and sits under the Hilltops Local Environmental Plan 2022.
The Plan will come into effect on the same date as this notice, being 1 July 2025, as published on Council’s website in accordance with Section 14(4) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
